
TOP-UP BA BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The top-up Business Administration degree programme is designed to give students a well rounded view of the subject area. Consisting of four modules, with a total of eleven assignments, students will need to have a good understanding and apply different theories and methodologies learnt.

The top-up programme is made up of the following modules:

Action Learning - this is the training tool for Britain’s NHS management teams as it has proven to be effective in problem solving. There are three assignments to complete for this module.

Leadership & Management - without good leadership and sound management an organization will flounder. There are two assignments to complete for this module.

Purchasing & Supply - having a sound purchasing and supply process is the foundation for any business, whether products or services orientated. There are four assignments to complete for this module.

Strategic Human Resource Management – managing your staff and ensuring their wellbeing is critical for any business, no matter its size or what type of organization it is. There are two assignments to complete for this module.

Upon completion of the top-up degree programme, students should be able to:
