
TOP-UP BA HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE
The top-up Health & Social Care degree programme is designed to give students a well rounded view of the subject area. Consisting of four modules, with a total of seven assignments, students will need to have a good understanding and apply different theories and methodologies learnt.

The top-up programme is made up of the following modules:

Action Learning - this is the training tool for Britain’s NHS management teams as it has proven to be effective in problem solving. There are three assignments to complete for this module.

Leadership & Management - without good leadership and sound management an organization will flounder. There are two assignments to complete for this module.

Reflective Practice - considers the emotional effect nurses and patients have on each other, what practitioners can learn from their thoughts and feelings and how these impact on their work. There is one assignment to complete for this module.

Dissertation – this is the final project for this course, where you will have four topics to choose from. There is only one dissertation to complete.
